My day job is investor relations and I have both had specialist and management roles. There is no leadership training better than team sports and I use what I learn reading books about sports psychology also at work. As a coach, and a leader, I firmly believe that strengthening strengths is more powerful to achieve long-term positive results than focusing on weaknesses.
