Desmond created DC9 Fitness to help expand the sport of American football in Denmark. But also to help all athletes become better athletes in general. Majority of movements in each sport are all related and can be trained the same just at different intensities depending on the sport. With the lack of high level American Football coaching in Denmark, Dez built the company to help the athletes looking to grow in the sport and potentially who have the chance to play in the states and higher levels.
